General

Welcome to VALE (www.vale.com.pk).
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

VALE reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice.

Products & Availability

  • VALE is an online apparel and fashion store selling physical clothing and accessories.

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Stock unavailability

    • Pricing error

    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

    • Payment failure

If payment is already received, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • We accept payments via:

    • Debit/Credit Card

    • Bank Transfer

    • Cash on Delivery (if available)

    • Payment Gateway (PayFast or other partners)

VALE does not store your card details. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS.
This does not guarantee acceptance — your order is confirmed only after verification and dispatch.

We may contact you for order verification before shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 working days

  • Delivery time: 3-7 working days nationwide

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather, courier, or public holidays

  • Customer must provide correct address & phone number

If parcel is refused or unreachable after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled and customer may be blacklisted from COD service.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only — no cash refund.

Eligible if:

  • Request within 7 days of delivery

  • Item unused, unwashed, tags intact

  • Original packaging available

Not eligible:

  • Used items

  • Damaged by customer

  • Sale/discount items

  • Accessories & undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Customer bears courier cost for exchange unless item is defective.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Report within 48 hours with picture proof

  • We will replace it at our cost

Complaints after usage will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • After dispatch cancellation is not possible

  • Repeated fake orders may result in permanent COD block

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, logo, and text belongs to VALE.
Unauthorized use, reproduction or copying is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false information

  • Abuse return/exchange policy

  • Use the website for illegal activities

  • Attempt payment fraud or chargeback abuse

Accounts violating policies may be permanently banned.

Limitation of Liability

VALE shall not be liable for:

  • Courier delays

  • Color variation due to screen resolution

  • Minor stitching/measurement variation (±1-2 cm)

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Privacy

Your personal information is used only for order processing and customer service.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties except shipping and payment partners.
