Shipping Policy — VALE

 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales or peak seasons, processing time may extend slightly.


 Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days nationwide (Pakistan).

  • Delivery time may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier service operations

    • Weather conditions

    • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

VALE is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.


 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on selected orders.


 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation message/email

  • Tracking number (if applicable)

Customers can track their parcel through the courier’s website.


 Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will attempt delivery at the provided address.

  • If customer is unavailable, courier may attempt re-delivery.

  • If the parcel remains undelivered due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unreachable phone number

    • Refusal to accept parcel
      The order may be cancelled.

Repeated order refusals may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) service.


 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
VALE is not liable for losses or delays due to incorrect address or contact information.


 International Shipping

VALE delivers within Pakistan and also worldwide.

International Orders:

Processing Time: 2–4 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days depending on destination
Shipping Partners: DHL / FedEx / UPS (based on location)

All international orders are trackable. Customers receive tracking details via email once the order is dispatched.


 Damaged Parcel During Transit

If parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel.

  • Immediately inform our customer support.

  • Provide photos as proof for investigation.
