Returns & Exchange Policy – VALE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VALE. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept an exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be unwashed, unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Item must be returned with the original invoice
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
You may exchange eligible items at any VALE outlet, subject to immediate stock availability.
For online purchases, the customer will be responsible for courier charges for both sending and receiving the exchanged item.
Please Note:
- VALE does not offer cash refunds
- Accessories and sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or claim
Cancellation of Orders
In rare cases, VALE reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to:
- Item being out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Payment being declined by the bank or payment gateway
- Customer not responding or not confirming the order through our customer care calls/messages
